Searching For A Home...Business

Computers came into my life the last couple of years while still

in the U.S. Navy. My first A in college was with a Smith Crona

PWP. My first real computer came in 1989. It was a Radio Shack

Tandy. Just to show how much I knew about computers, I spent

near $99 just to run a database program. When I took it to a

computer repair shop for upgrade, I was told to use it for a

doorstop.

My next computer was a Dell 1000SL medium business machine. It

came with ME. Went online for the first time in November of

1999. I met my wife online in an AOL chat room(Yes, it does work

meeting new people).

My first taste of business was:"Own Your Own Website." For a sum

you to can own websites you can't change the content. All you

had to do to was link the merchants to "your" site and direct

traffic to the site to make money. If you had problems call the

non -toll free number for assistance. You were on hold forever.

Like most of you, I've spent my share of money on special

reports and hot new ways to make money. I can't say I've spent

thousands, but nearly a thousand dollars.

The conclusion I have come to is: If you want to make money on-

line, you need a mentor to show you the way.
